Develop and maintain relationship with municipalities. Work closely with municipalities to collect their needs, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Facilitate seamless communication between project teams and municipalities to keep both parties informed of project status and expectations. Provide oversight on suggestions or issues that are reported by municipalities, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Implement proactive strategies to make sure the smooth execution of project, including risk assessment and quality control measures.

Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of FTTH technology and Tiefbau (civil engineering) practices. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance for municipal and state construction projects. Language Skills: Fluent or native proficiency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is beneficial for internal reporting. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, coordination, or project-related role within telecommunications, infrastructure, or construction. Proven experience in working with municipal authorities and managing construction permits is highly preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple municipal contacts and project areas simultaneously. Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts, with a focus on proactive issue management.
