Quality control fabrication and installation compressor system. -Performed inspection to follow up project specification , procedure and qcp. -Knowledge of drawing , material classification PQR&WPS and nde specificat -Material incoming check and making to material receiving. -Monitoring of welder qualification test (WQT. Quality control), -Skid frame and piping system fabrication and installation quality control. -Dimension check before and after welding inspection ( distortion check) . -Visual and size welding check , base material defect investigation. -MDR control and NDT update status, hydro testing control. -Monitoring in line product relevant installation activity compressor , pump,motor alignment and shaft of direction check -Piping, instrument tube, valve ,cooler ,vessel suction & discharge , oil filter And direction inspection confirm follow up to P&ID. -Lube oil test confirm flow, pressure and temperature. -Final compressor free run test confirm flow, pressure and temperature. -Organization the master report , material certification supporting to MDR.
