Engaged in management of the department, including Performance Appraisal Scheme design, internal processes design, workflow reviews and reports to the management Credit business structuring / management for corporate clients, including exploring the market to find business opportunities, pre-loan due diligence, post-loan management and risk mitigation planning Accurately understood customer needs and provided comprehensive service solutions to ensure building and maintaining relationships with clients Familiar with credit products and processes, proficient in credit systems Staff management, training, coordination and communication with other departments
