Payroll Executive • Lead and coordinate monthly staff sports events, festive celebrations, and company-wide engagement activities, driving stronger team bonding and workplace morale • Act as Person-in-Charge (PIC) for HR system implementation, enhancements, and continuous process improvements • Manage end-to-end training operations, including course sourcing, provider coordination, and HRD Corp (JD14) submissions • Handle overseas payroll processing with strong attention to compliance, accuracy, and timelines • Support employee relations matters, ensuring smooth HR operations and positive employee experience • Provide hands-on technical support (e.g. VPN setup) to enable seamless remote access and business continuity

(1 year 7 months) - Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1000+ employees, ensuring accuracy in wages, deductions, and statutory compliance. - Oversee HRIS system maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting for leave, attendance, and overtime. - Collaborate with recruitment teams to streamline onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain employee records. - Administer medical benefits, performance appraisals, and documentation (confirmation/increment letters). - Liaise with Malaysian statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN) for registrations, inquiries, and payments. - Prepare monthly payroll reports and ensure secure handling of confidential employee data. - Prepare annual bonus and annual increment file
