Writing and following up the implementation of the company general manager conference seminars,lectures and meeting minutes, including drafting company work summary reports at each stage, as well as the companys archive great deeds, issuing tracking and feedback. 3. Assisting the President handle daily work and transaction processing for internal relationship as well as public relations for external parts. 4.Being responsible for the President budget and scheduling, notification and deal with other relevant matters, such as completing temporary arrangements as well as sudden work.5. Being responsible for company secretarial business guidance.
