Manage end-to-end sales and customer relations for ZTE customers, identifying new business opportunities and offering tailored solutions in products and services. Lead the preparation of proposals and responses to RFPs, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts, including Letters of Credit and performa invoice processes. Work closely with the Product & Solutions team to develop customized solutions and ensure alignment with customers' technical requirements. Coordinate with the Project Delivery team to ensure timely and successful project execution, tracking progress against predefined plans. Oversee cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and project delivery, to ensure smooth and efficient service to ZTE customers. Led the gathering and analysis of requirements for the Access Network (GPON + Copper), including FTTH/GPON ODN planning and design, as well as BOQ verification for nationwide network rollout. Was responsible for the design of over 1 million GPON ODN lines, ensuring effective and efficient network architecture. Drafted and generated RFPs related to FTTH network procurement and led the evaluation of vendor bids and product proposals. Oversaw the yearly CAPEX budget for all Access Network projects, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts and operational goals. Managed inventory and initiated procurement requests for network infrastructure and services. Verified FTTC-based Access Network plans, managing HQ planning activities to ensure successful project delivery. Supported PMO in the seamless rollout of projects by tracking progress and ensuring milestones were met. Maintained an up-to-date project database to facilitate accurate reporting and management updates. Contributed to Network Transformation and Roadmap development in collaboration with PTCL’s Technology Strategy team, driving innovation and future-proofing the network.
