- Increase territory sales and market share in the assigned area and to provide assistance in the other area when required by Team Leader. - Develop and enhance good working relationship with all key accounts in the area, potential customers as well as internal colleagues in order to grow the business in the region. - Maintain up to date record of customer’s correspondences and contacts using the systems provided. - Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to the team Leader Division, such as pricing situations and status of competitive activities and products, relative the success of marking strategies and programs for the territory - Taking care for 3 main OEM’s in eastern area such as BMW, SAIC MOTOR-CP and Great Wall Motors

- Coordinate internal and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and training up skill of supplier - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Implement project management fees for major projects - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Support ACT! project for a smooth transition for projects (SAP) - Evaluate performance of local suppliers, work with sourcing team to find new suppliers - Work with application center of global project team to release new project in Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand - Response for overseas project such as Vinfast E-Scooter in Vietnam, Port of Singapore, and Ford Vietnam
