• Sit on the Law School’s Selection Committee: share responsibility for reading, evaluating, and rendering decisions on over 9,000 applications annually.• Conduct interviews with candidates for admission.• Represent Columbia Law School at on-campus and virtual information sessions and during recruitment visits to law school admissions panels, forums, and campus visits nationwide.• Engage current students, affinity groups, and alumni for recruitment activities and work closely with other administrative offices at the Law School and greater University.• Responsible for strategic initiatives, including the formulation of strategy and the implementation of programs designed to maximize the Law School’s ability to attract highly qualified law students from diverse backgrounds.• Oversee the administration and development of all merit-based scholarships offered by the Law School and lead efforts to recruit scholarship offerees.• Track progress and trends in applications and matriculation rates using data reports and related sources.

• Reviewed reports summarizing alleged wrongful actions by NY Life agents to determine strength of complaints and to craft the company’s defense; Engaged with local counsel, oversaw motion practice and witness statements.
