PTT Gas Seperation Plant -Supported CCC’s TA verifying instrument devices configuration , loop checking, commissioning and start up the new four series 3++ anti-surge controllers from Compressor Controls Corporation (CCC) on Sales Gas Compressor and Refrigerant Compressors.

Gulf Power Generation Carried out a major outage for 2 large scale Gas Turbines (GT26) involved in control system redundancy check, control logics modification, HMI’s graphics modification, installation of new engineering stations on EGATROL and TURBOTROL systems, re-commissioning after major overhaul and provided technical advice to all C&I engineers, technicians and craftsmen.

-Performed instrument devices calibration, vibration probes set up and loop test from field devices to TURBOTRONIC, re-commissioning and start up support after changing three Solar Gas Turbine Mars 100 in Gas Separation Plants.

-Supported CCC to upgrade a governor set of Steam Turbine involved actuators of governor replacement with a latest Voith Turbo system. Executed the installation and commissioning of governors and CCC’s control system as well. - Calibration and tuning of Electro-hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic valve interfaces, wiring modification work.
