Provision and de provision hardware, software accounts, and access. • Provide IT support to all employees, on premises and remote. • Resolve work tickets promptly based on priority. Escalate work tickets as necessary. • Maintain and assist employees with hardware (Mac, Windows, printers,scanners, VPN) and software (Google Workspace, Office 365, zoom, messaging, password managers, room schedulers) • Document and tag IT assets. Keep IT asset inventory records accurate and current. • Create and update technology manuals. • Maintain best practices in IT security and compliance.
