• Collaborate with Planning and Production teams to review and settle monthly production plans for CPDG1/CPDG2/SLE/UT, including grade changes and shutdown schedules. • Manage and operate Twin-screw Extruder, optimizing parameters such as Temperature, Screw speed, and Feed rate to enhance efficiency and product quality • Provide support for process troubleshooting, emergency cases, and quality issues • Analyze process data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times, energy consumption, and material waste • Conduct process trials and scale-up activities for new product development, collaborating with R&D and quality control teams • Support RCA maintenance breakdown investigations, incident investigations, and quality investigations, working with Reliability, Maintenance, SHE, QC, and Production teams • Lead process adjustments, troubleshooting, and optimization in all Utility systems, including water treatment, wastewater treatment, cooling towers, H2S scrubbers, and RTO. • Analyzes utility consumption report by understanding the usage, find out the root cause of low/high consumption by working closely with Polymer & Compounding team • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for extruder operation, ensuring consistent and safe production practices • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, maintaining rigorous quality control processes, promoting sustainability, and upholding occupational health and safety protocols. Data Analytics • Predictive models and Machine learning algorithms Predict Failure, Anomaly for Unit operation/ Rotating Machine • Develop models, based on Chemical engineering knowledge and statistical analysis • Programming skills in Python, MATLAB, SQL and hands-on experience in PySpark, Databricks, Azure, PowerBI DATES FROM SEP 18 – MAY-23

Technical/ Operation/ Production Skills • Responsible for Production and Utility activities such as Production rate, Consumption, and Process improvement to make it efficiently and reach target • Perform day-to-day process monitoring UOP Oleflex Process (Oleflex Reactor and CCR Unit) including investigating and troubleshooting process problems in area responsibility, both Fractionation and Utilities Section such as, Distillation, Cold box, Refrigeration System, PSA, Heat Exchanger, Cooling Tower, Spent Caustic system, Metering system etc. • Supervise Operation team members to ensure that process parameters in responsible area are in controlled in term of technical, operational, and chemical engineering knowledge. Analyze and investigate production operation failure and root cause of non-conformity and accident or nearly miss action • Support preparation of standard work instruction (WI), operating manuals and training process • Coordinate with production team, maintenance team and quality team in order to maintain reliability process • Participate on plant modification initiative, execute the improvement project with cross functional team to improve production capacity, yield, minimize utilities for cost reduction in operations • Issue MOC and being assigned as MOC champion with cross functional team to follow up the MOC completion and execution • Coordinate with Procurement team for being user owner bidding committee to ensure choosing proper vender for project, shutdown and turnaround activity • Participate in Turnaround/Shutdown activity to be Operation Procedure Guidance, Inspection lead of Equipment to evaluate past operations and final inspection after repairing/cleaning work to making sure the equipment can operate until the next maintenance cycle • Participate in Process Safety Management training by Dupont and being PSI working team for initiate the element for company Data Analytical Skills • Analyze data, interpret trends and patterns, report on results and provide actionable insights and communicate outcome with operation team • Build Predictive models and Machine learning algorithms from process parameter to Predict Failure, Anomaly for Unit operation/ Rotating Machine • Design and build analytical tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights to improve daily operation, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics • Develop models, based on Chemical engineering knowledge and statistical analysis • Data Science Expertise: Understanding/ Working knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling, machine learning, pattern recognition, data visualization (Power BI, Python) • Programming skills in Python, MATLAB, SQL and hands-on experience in PySpark, Databricks, Azure DATES FROM APR 17 – AUG 18
