- Offshore Restoration and rehabilitation works from YORK chillers-systems. Including maintenance/inspection corrosion-protection (ELYSATOR) for the cold water-system. Maintenance and repair works of all HVAC systems. Replace the air filters and cleaning the ventilation-chambers. Repairing of refrigeration and food containers. Isolation the air ducts and cold water pipes with Armaflex. Problem resolution (troubleshooting) for failures of the cooling / air conditioning systems. Eliminating leaks and filling of refrigerant-gas. Commissioning Refrigeration / Air-conditioning and HVAC systems, i also was responsible for training the National technicians. -Onshore I was Person in responsible (supervisor) for Germany's largest and biggest film-media-industry, compliance with all maintenance and inspection intervals of HVAC systems responsible. The work and inspections were carried out according to German industry standard. (VDMA) Annual inspection of fire dampers and subsequent handover of the protocols (list of defects). Cleaning and replacing the air filter to hygiene guidelines. All maintenance has been logged, pressure, electric power consumption, temperatures, etc.
