-Plan, analyze and organize daily slaes activities to existing and potential cusotmers in responsible area, through calls, visits, and selling products and contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales target.-Resolve customers conplaints and problems, maintain strong relationship with customers to enhance royalty of Dunlop.-Develop new accounts to obtain more orders in order to expand business of the company.

-Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.-Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers technical requirements and needs.-Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.-Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our companys products or services to customers.

- Supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions-Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.-Advises customers regarding maintenance of 3D printers.-Directly contact and discuss with supplier via email about customer complaint and product claims.-Provide technical information about the products to customers and suggest products which suitable to customers demand.-Install and train 3D printers to cusotmers.
