As the 1st Lead User Experience Designer of the company, set up usability testing and user research protocol for the Digital Banking team, conducted series of UX workshops to evangelize user experience companywide and to train up junior and mid-level UX team members with UX methodology, led the redesign of online banking registration on all touchpoints, led the experience design of PromptPay functionality on all digital channels, led the experience design of SCB UP2ME, the first mobile P-2-P payment app in Thailand, gave UX consulting to other digital product teams in both design and research.

Working on the side as a User Experience Design and Research Consultant based in Bangkok, Thailand with clients from different industries including telecommunication, finance, e-commerce, insurance, etc. Some of my clients are JobsDB (Hong Kong), Expedia (USA), Ascend Corporation (Thailand), dtac (Thailand), Allianz Global (Japan)and more.

Designed the course structure and taught ITEC2400, Human-Computer Interaction course, which is an elective course for senior year students in Information Technology program and Multimedia and Animation program under the School of Information Science and Technology. The course had 110 students enrolled and was considered one of the largest in the school.

Collaborated long-distance to evaluate usability of several web and mobile platform designs and create design solution mockups.

Improved user experience of instructional contents and components of various Adobe products and online services, investigated new technologies and designed the next generation of instructional solutions, and created prototypes and wireframes for product components using Adobe’s technologies, such as Flash, Flex and Flash Catalyst for both desktop and web 2.0 environments.

Led the prototyping and low-level interaction design phases in creating DIGITAL | VITA, an online CV system that supports collaboration initiation among researchers in health and biomedical fields. Upon completion of the Master‘s program, continued solely as an interaction designer, visual designer and software engineer contractor in pursuit of transitioning DIGITAL | VITA from design to implementation.

Designed and implemented the infrastructure of Get Going, the home page component of Reuters’ chief product, 3000 XTRA, using AJAX and PERL, and trained new joiners.
