(Owner) - Hin Kong Gas Pipeline Project - 5TP3 project from PTT and - PLUS 3 Project (Malaysia Pipeline – Petronas) o Learn a scope of work and prepare TECHNICAL PROPOSAL as project requirement to make liability for a project owner that we can do the project. o Search for a market price, analyze, negotiate, compare, and summarize project materials price from vendors and subcontractor to propose the best bidding price in COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL to a project owner. o Communicate with the project owner to clarify any discrepancy. o Plan a project execution schedule, manpower and machine deployment tobe enough and within project milestone and estimate overhead budget. o Go out for site surveying with to explore the construction area. • Machinery Control Engineer - Develop Equipment Monthly Billing sheet to calculate an equipment rental cost in 5TP2 Project. - Monitor the consumption rate of machine in 5TP2 Project.
