During my time in office as a Business Development Manager, I spearheaded pivotal projects like “GA Power Solar Park Camxuyen, Vietnam” our largest endeavor. Ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant project completion was paramount. I served as a liaison between our CEO, staff, and stakeholders, managing both on-site teams and the office operations. Additionally, I coordinated with partners, shareholders, the board of directors, and banks, while also overseeing financial management and employee welfare initiatives.

My responsibilities included assisting and guiding our team to achieve goals and deliver each project to clients on time and with exceptional quality, as well as assisting the business owner with their workload. I worked with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services we provided. During the construction phase, I supervised and recorded each projects design development, construction progress, and financial situation. In addition, I was in charge of staff welfare, training, travels, government documentation such as construction permits, and event planning for the business.
