•Initiated manufacturing line improvement project; proposed lean manufacturing concept to be used in a production line, and removed wasted human motion and product transportation from the manufacturing process•Designed a new ballistic jacket and military equipment, and worked with cross-functional marketing teams to develop an ergonomic friendly product for use in high humidity and high thermal environment; the developed products are used as the latest model in Thai Army •Researched applications for impact-resistant products, as a member of the R&D team; conducted a cost-benefit analysis and implemented materials technology strategy, resulting in higher protective performance and the ballistic armor pass NIJ 0101.04 standard•Oversaw Serichai’s new headquarter construction and designed a new plant layout, reduced traffic in the production area, and optimized communication level across a cross-functional team•Rearchitect Serichai’s electrical system by installing a high voltage transformer and circuit protection system; the system met Thai Metropolitan Electricity Authority’s safety standard and reduced the companys energy consumption cost•Led a cross-functional team to develop an automatic drilling machine for Kevlar protective equipment, decreasing the operating time from 3 minutes to 10 seconds•Introduced a Total Quality Management system to Serichai’s production line; the product’s quality got approval from the Thai Defense Science and Technology department, and the manufacturing process passed ACM - ISO 9001:2015 standard •Collaborated with Serichai’s CFO to manage the company’s portfolio and diversify investment throughout multiple products across different sectors
