- Review and drive for supplier’s failure analysis, corrective & preventive actions for completeness & closure with effectiveness.- Keep tracking of all supplier material reject report (SMRR) and provide timely update of status including claim and chargeback process.- Support an internal audit, customer audit and third party audit.- Establish an inspection and testing material based on material specification.- Support incoming for improving inspection, equipment and inspection capability.

- Lead quality support team to prevent problem to reach company’s customer at last stand point and in charge of detecting, preventing any defective to reach and document in all inspection point, area in customer site. - Prepare reports back the information effectively for the problem solving team or QC Engineer to resolve from plant. - Responsible for initially explain to customer on all short term countermeasures with customer satisfaction and ensure action demand from QC Engineer is implement and in action at all customer site- Customer quality issues are reported and acted upon in a timely manner.- Daily reports of seat concerns and audit results are sent to the QC Engineer, and QC Manager for analysis and corrective actions when required.- Be the company’s representative on all corrective action to present to all customer site as necessary.- To communicate all seat related observations or comments from the customer for continuous improvement. - Provide Feedback and facilitate quality practices within the supplier’s plant.- Help implement the company’s quality standard target on new projects.- Organize all administration for all customer staff team as needed- In charge of quality training for customer support team or organize training necessary to all team on new product built- Control usage and existence of all necessary tools carried out to use at customer site.

-Key person for project transfer of new production line form Bosch China to Bosch Thailand-Coordinate regarding quality tasks such as new layout, quality equipment, WI, analysis flow, procedure, customer requirements between plant to plant. -Lead emergency quality and claim troubleshooting efforts for escalated customer issues including on-site support as required. Inform and coordinate internal resources. -Respond to customers on 0-km and field claims and take necessary actions towards customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to increase product quality-Interact with customer related to customer portal management, PPAP, APQP, ISIR, -Control plan, PFMEA documents submission both pass through business and local production
