To provide general supervision and technical guidance to the QA Staff in the analysis, design, testing, and deployment of all Amphire applications. The Quality Assurance Manager maintains ultimate responsibility for assuring that all products are defect-free and compliant with technical specifications.Manages project from initial design through testing while providing strategic management direction. Essential Functions:The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:• Exercises independent judgment and discretion in overall project management. Prioritizes, plans and tracks project progress. Provides status reporting to Management.• Consults with internal departments to identify customer needs and include them in project objectives. Provides support regarding product development to internal departments.• Evaluates employee performance, sets expectations and goals for the department and individual staff members, recruits, disciplines, and trains staff.• Creates related documentation and performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.•Facilitated focus on the high-priority projects with new governance standard/prioritization, develop SOPs around project portfolio to manage request process.

Envisions product development and manages projects through completion. Analyzes, designs, and develops software enhancements and new modules. Manages development projects from initial design through testing while providing strategic management direction.

Directed staff efforts supporting the software development life cycle (SDLC) from needs assessment through deployment, Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix(RTM), Manage Change Request (CR), Tracking & monitoring inventory project equipment, overall project implementation, and support services.Involvement in preparing a test plan executes System Integration Test (SIT), conducts performance test, executes user acceptance test (UAT) & analyzes test failure.

•Maintain a MySQL database, management information system, and Web page development.•Manage internal/external application upgrades.•Define and improve all system and network operations processes.•Create strategic goals and convert them to easily implemented plans.
