  职位:Admin Specialist ةيدوعسلا ليبجلا ةيقرشلا Admin Specialist | SINOPEC Saudi Aramco Projects – Admin & Compliance Support Key Responsibilities: • Reviewing and processing all ID requests (new and renewal) for employees working under Aramco projects, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete according to Aramco standards. • Maintaining and updating the ID Tracker on a daily basis to monitor request status and compliance. • Managing monthly Saudization reports, coordinating with HR and vendors to ensure updated employee data is submitted, and all documents (GOSI,National ID, Medical Insurance) are valid and complete. • Preparing the official Saudization file and submitting it before the 25th of each month as per Aramco requirements. • Following up with vendors and internal HR teams to complete missing documentation or renew expired documents. • Creating, distributing, and collecting monthly Time Sheets from all departments; ensuring leave records (sick, annual) are properly documented with supporting proof. • Conducting a final review of all Time Sheets and submitting them for management approval. • Supporting and overseeing the Laydown Area, ensuring Saudi employees’ concerns are addressed, leave requests are processed, and coordination with labor supervisors is maintained.
