Route To Market, Cost-to Serve and Resource allocation. • Lead the development of Route-To-Market model to ensure effectiveness and efficiency General Trade and new product portfolio initiative with customers. • Lead the review and management of Channel/Customer Contribution (salesvolume, pricing, spend, returns, margins, product mix) and establish strategies to improve Channel/Customer Contribution. 5. Organizational and People Capability Development. • Work with Sales Director in the assess the effectiveness continuously of General Trade organization set up to ensure appropriate resource allocation to achieve long term DLMI objective in General Trade. • Provide input to Sales Management function on required business expansion in line with defined sales, distribution and business development strategy. 6. Review and Evaluation. • Lead monthly internal review on business results vs targets (sales bycategory, customer group, channel, outlet expansion/acquisition). • Join Regional Distributor Managers & Distributor Managers on their quarterly reviews with key distributors/customers.
