(2 years 10 months) I was in the Medical Affairs team, as a Business Partner to doctors. Involved in the full spectrum of HR functions, I provided HR advice and support to doctors. I was also involved in meetings with Senior Management. Job scope includes: - Full performance management cycle – review performance management grades, conduct moderation exercises. - Promotion cycle – Prepare promotion listing to Head of Departments (HoDs), conduct promotion review meeting with final review panel (comprising CEOand Chief of Medical Board), administer and announce successful promotion cases - Headship search for HoD position – coordinate and ensure succession. - Recruitment – Manpower tracking, selection, interview, salary proposal, contract briefing and induction for new hires - Cessation – Exit process
