- Case review and briefing: conducted in-depth analyses for globally successful Water Fund projects (e.g., Santa Fe, and Lake Naivasha), summarised key findings, operational strengths and potential contributions to the establishment of China's first Water Fund (Longwu) project, showcased a global perspective and insight. - Stakeholder management: evaluated potential partners' alignment with the Longwu project, and successfully engaged with government officials, businesses, local farmers, and NGOs to form the ecological industrial chain. - Environmental policy analysis: analysed national and local policies related to natural reserve management, NGO fundraising, natural resource protection, and wildlife conservation. Proposed a compliance framework to enhance the Longwu project's alignment with relevant environmental policies.
