Working Description: Assisting and support MAS 200 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system including creating user defined script and generate custom report. Developing project to support the features that does not supported by MAS 200. -GST Project: Due to MAS 200 do not have such features, external projects are needed. - GAF (GST Audit File) – This is PHP web based project. The purpose of this project is to generate GAF file based on government rules. GAF is a way for taxpayers to submit information relevant to auditors in response to an audit request for information letter. The file type is Bar-Delimited-File. – GST 03 Summary Report – GST-03 is the Goods and Service Tax return. This project is also using PHP, PostgreSQL and JavaScript. It used to ease finance team to fill in the GST-03 form. It sum up the sales and purchase amount according to tax code automatically. – Change MAS 200 to able support GST - Change format from invoice to tax invoice, purchase order, import GST Tax Code, import the categories of vendor and customer (Tax or non-Tax).-SO Monitoring Tool (Sales Inventory and Operation Planning). SIOP is a set of tools to balance demand and supply. It generally includes incoming orders, backlog, shipments, production, purchasing and warehouse. This project is enhancement from Excel platform to Web based system. PHP, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript is used to generate the web based system. It is a data grid platform. By implementing this project, I have chance to explore myself to other department which I havent touch before. - Structure Calculator. This project is also enhancement from Excel platform to Web based System to eliminate limitation of Excel. It is used to calculate the cost of the house based on different criteria.

Work Description: - Assisting in-house software development activities including implementing assigned task/modules and performing software quality assurance activities.- Helping in software development activities supporting internal engineering and operation community - Involved in system testing, debugging, deploying, monitoring and documenting.Project Undertaken During Internship:-MB Patcher: This is a C# console application. It used to monitor the specific folder to ensure that no left over file. If any, the application will move it to correct path based on the business logic. This can help to eliminate the manual Multibox support work and automate the process. Before this, I am a newbie of C# and I took this opportunity to learn C# during development. I have learnt a lot of basic of C# after done this project. For example, Debugging and troubleshooting in C# using break point, using Application Configuration file for application settings, how to create a log file for application troubleshooting, and implement LINQ instead of for loop.-Subcon Data Loader: The main goal and purpose of this project is to re-architect loader to load yield data in SQL server database to eliminate the limitation of Microsoft Access. This application also make sure only valid data can be loaded into destination database.C# and MS SQL were used to build this data loader. The data source was Comma-separated values (CSV) file. The way I design the system is using Object-oriented Programming Concept. After done this project, I have improved my database skill such as I am able to write stored procedure and data migration from MS Access to MS SQL. I also have learnt how to use XML. I able to create summary report using Report Wizard in Visual Studio 2008 now.
