  o Lead, organize, direct and control day-to-day operations of the factory producing a wide range of aluminum architectural products including aluminum door, curtain walls, windows and related architectural products. o Manages the Production staff, and ensures finished products meet quality standards, costs and delivery date commitment in compliance with health and safety regulations. o Manage and Make sure the Delivered Products to Work Site is installed as per the Approved Drawings and with Full Compliance to the Safety and Quality. o Making Sure the Committed Time schedule is achieved with full customer satisfaction. o Monitoring the Sales Activity and making sure the Sales meet the Sales Target Issued in the beginning of each year. o Develop and implement production schedules and work plans for optimum utilization of all plant/factory resources including equipment, manpower, tools and materials for achieving all physical and financial business objectives. o Participates in product design, development and industrialization o Measure the level of productivity and ensure its improvement o Supervises and manages the personnel: carries out annual appraisals, identifies and ensures implementation of training requirements and recruit new staff members in coordination with human resources o Coordinate with and guide production supervisors in allotting and controlling workforce ensuring execution of all planned jobs on time meeting quality and safety standards. o Implement the factory quality assurance and quality control policy and procedures including final inspections of products before dispatch from the plant. o Conduct daily reviews of actual production against plan, evaluate variances, identify root causes and implement effective corrective action plans to achieve production targets. o Support the sales and marketing team in creating and reinforcing the factory’s reputation in the market through customer interactions, presentations of unique features and providing customized solutions assuring long term customer retentio
