Recruitment Responsible for the full cycle of Recruitment Full-time & Part-time (Officer level, Senior level, and Manager level). Responsible for the full cycle of Recruitment Internship program (Head Office and Area Office). Create Recruitment media for posting on Social Media (Facebook Fanpage, Line Group, Wechat Group and ETC). Review the incoming applicants, Pre-interview via phone call to screen the potential candidate prior to proposing the potential candidates to the related line managers for consideration. Set up the interview appointment between the candidate and the interviewer via video conference or face-to-face interview. Prepare employment agreement (Permanent and Part-time) and related document for new employee. Training Conduct Employee orientation-onboarding for new employee on the first day via Video conference or face to face. Activities Responsible or support for organizing company activities including Staff party, Outing trip, CSR, Campus recruitment, Jobfair and the event for customers related to Business.
