Over the past 4+ years, I have coached more than 100 students through the university application process. In this role, I work closely with the CEO and staff to analyze KPIs for top-50 universities, advise students on their ED, EA, and RD plans, and guide students through the writing process.

As Site Coordinator at Southwest University (SWU, Chongqing, China), Im responsible for the on-campus quality control of the MSU-SWU 3+1 Dual-degree Plant Science program. I supervise a team of MSU teachers from various departments, teach both seated and asynchronous content-based courses, serve as a liaison between university and program leaders and administrators, manage student academic records, and provide individualized study plans to prepare students for fourth-year transfer to MSU. I have also been honored to receive a full scholarship offer from the Chinese Scholarship Council for PhD studies in SWUs Educational Leadership and Management program (deferred in 2021) and to work with (Beijing) Higher Education Press as an editor of their best-selling English textbook, _Practical English_ (6th ed., 2020).

I worked primarily with students and departments at Qingdao University (China) in creating programs, curriculum, and study-abroad experiences that piqued student interest while meeting their academic needs. I also extended MSUs recruitment network with local high schools, college admissions agencies in China and Vietnam, and universities across China.During this period I also began working with Higher Education Press (Beijing) on various projects including copy editing English textbooks and serving as a panel judge for their national English competition.
