(1 year 1 month) - Taking client briefings on desired qualifications for considering potential candidates - Screening candidates that meet clients’ requirements - Contacting candidates and arranging interviews for prescreening their experience - Creating profiles for candidates who pass the initial interview phase before handing them over to clients for profile review - Arranging interview appointments for candidates and clients - Preparing candidates for interviews with clients - Coordinating with relevant parties to discuss details and establish a start date for candidates who pass the interviews - Preparing preliminary employment contracts for candidates - Maintaining interaction and coordination between clients and candidates until the candidates commence their employment - Entering the data into the internal system - Sync with direct supervisors (team leaders) and internal teams to work with a variety of clients, industries, and candidates.
