Responsible for Meridian IT Singapore's operations, including sales, technology and technical delivery.

My primary responsibility is to develop and execute a Government Industry strategy and business plan to enable Check Point to become the leading cybersecurity partner to key government customers. In this role, I also build and maintain strategic and senior executive relationships, as well as to engage in senior level communications with customers, partners and industry organisations.

Leading a team of channels managers and inside sales managers, I am responsible for Singapore country channels P&L, and my team currently manages more than a few hundred active partners that Avnet has today. In addition, I am tasked to drive closer collaboration with the various Avnet business unit leaders, marketing, finance and execute the growth strategy with all of our partners to win together.

Primarily responsible for managing and developing relationships with strategic clients in the defence and homeland agencies, developing effective business strategies to drive revenue, and maintaining long-term business relationships at the senior level with executives, key decision makers and influencers.

Managed a New Division (EMS) in STE Info-Software Systems, and was responsible for more than 100 people in my team. In this role, I operated and managed the P&L for this unit. My other responsibility is to drive sales revenue and healthy margins for the business and achieve profitability growth goals.In addition to the above, I also took on an additional role as Director (Information Business) and was responsible for growing the Public and Commercial Sector.
