jv "uz-kor gas chemicals" llc2016.07-2019.04(3 years)The factory itself was a joint venture with Korea's Lotte Chemical, focused on the production of HDPE and PP products. The main power supply was received at 35 kV. However, Siemens Gas Turbine Generators were installed within the plant, allowing it to generate its electricity for internal consumption. In cases of emergencies or during maintenance periods, the factory was capable of receiving power from the external grid as well. I started my career in the Electrical department as a 3rd-grade technician. My initial role was within the Electro-Technical Laboratory. Our main responsibility was to conduct annual laboratory testing of all electrical equipment installed in the factory according to a scheduled maintenance plan. We carried out inspections based on the yearly maintenance schedule, systematically checking each piece of equipment. Any deficiencies or issues identified during these tests were either resolved by our team or forwarded to the maintenance group for corrective action. - LV Switchgears; - LV (from 0,4 kV to 10 kV) motors; - Cathodic protection; - UPS; - Diesel Engine Generator; - Transformers (0.4 kV and 35 kV); - Grounding; - Cables (transformers and motors) and other electrical equipment.
