•Responsible for the daily coordination and communication with all incoming students•Processing all housing applications•Work with the Director to fulfill requests and to notify students of the assignments•Handles all meal plan requests to ensure students get the appropriate meal plans and are correctly billed for the meal plan•Makes billing adjustments on these plans•Is the administrator of the Adirondack Housing Management system to include building and maintain system and inputting all data from students into this management system.

Graduate Assistant in the Housing & Residence Life office at Troy University. This is my third position within Student Services. I was the GEAR UP on site coordinator for Troy University. I connected our leadership scholars with GEAR UP schools in the Pike County School District. The job included being on site at the schools and through the GEAR UP grant we teach and tutor young adults. We also try to teach them the importance of college and give them college readiness skills.
