(5 years 1 month) As Sales Support Engineer I support Sales, Marketing and Engineering departments in the following aspects: - Technical support for broadcast equipments such as: studio cameras, video switchers, video routers, robotic cameras, VTRs, Decks, camcorders, surveillance cameras and projectors (inluding repair, test and technical visits); - Support for Sales Dept. in order to identify new project opportunities; - Technical and operational Training of professional video equipment; - Proposal revision together with Sales Account Managers; - Technical seminars and new equipment/technologies presentation for customers.

(2 years 3 months) As a trainee engineer working for Sony Brazil I supported the engineers in the following aspects: - Maintenance and techical support of Broadcast and Professional Video equipment, such as: Studio Cameras, Camcorders and Switchers; - Field Service and installation of Broadcast equipment at customers, especially TV Stations and also affiliates in Brazil; - Support during major events in Brazil, including Broadcast & Cable exhibition, presentations, lectures and so;

- Training Dept. Support.

(2 years 8 months) - Repair of industrial equipment, such as: Frequency Inverters, Servo- Drives, Power Supplies, Human-Machine Interface Panels, PLCs and several industrial electronic boards. - Customer visit in order to identify equipment issue and/or for installation of repaired parts. - Sales Department support.
