(2 years 8 months) Thailand Develop and maintain data related to the company’s production, import/export records and statistics. • Review customs-related activities and documents to identify the compliance level under local customs law and regulations. • Conducting periodic review of customs clearance procedures and related documentation and customs broker management. • Advise & supervise concerned departments on customs technical data, tariff classification and applicable duty & tax rate of vehicles and vehicle components, based on applicable customs & trade regiment. • Preferential trade program e.g. FTAs, customs regimes applicable in Thailand, ASEAN and Asia pacific countries. • Coordinate/communicate and represent the company in dealing with competent government agencies; Customs Department, BOI, IEAT, Department of Foreign Trade, Department of Export Promotion and Department of Trade Negotiations, to obtain license, permits or any approval for company operations. • Implement and enhancement system (SAP) to support daily operation and compliance with FZ regulation. • Advise concerned departments on appropriate actions and options to be taken, with proper decisions and successful outcome. • Handle and solve problems closely with project sites, government and internal related departments. • Coordinate and manage the forwarder to get shipment to FZ daily and delivery plan monitoring.

3 years 6 months • Excise Tax submission for all Allied unit including Domestic and Export market. • Overall Excise Tax analysis for Allied unit Car/Truck with Cost plus basis profitability versus submission / BBP approved. This is based on TP “Take and Pay” arrangement. • Monthly analysis comparison with submission and review with management. including over/under payment on Excise tax versus submission based on current status. • Monthly monitoring on Percentage Local Content. • Monthly monitoring on Localization to be passed TAI (Thailand AutomotiveInstitution) and coordinate with GP and Customs to get TAI certification. • Identification of key cost drivers and recommendations to improve product line profitability and overall financials. • Support other excise tax analysis related or analysis as required by local and regional offices. • Liaison/Negotiations with key internal and external stakeholders as required. • Ensure Excise tax submission allied with Model year change and STD change including get Management approval. • Keep update and understand Excise tax regulation for each product program. including understand Excise tax rate related with Emission of each model. • Attend meeting to understand ongoing business which may impact to FZ local content and excise taxes. • Timely participate external mtg. i.e. mtg. with Excise Department, Thai Automotive Industry (TAI) and Office of Industry Economy (OIE).

(3 years 3 months) • Inbound customs clearance process (depends on defined role) for pre- production, production vehicle, test, prototype. • Coordinate and manage the customs broker to get shipment to FZ daily. • Support Finance to calculate FZ local content, and preparation FZ local content package to TH customs for approval. Follow up with TH customs for the approval and maintain in system. • Work closely with material team, ensure BOM is accuract for vehicle ship ex- gate. Must work logistic, and sales team for invoice & shipment generation. • Paerform monthly customs export vehicle reconciliation process (at recv.point), report and adjust in customs system . • Provide operational recommendations & suggestions for an existing and future customs operation. • Establish, maintain and continuous improvement inbound and scrap processes. Being a customs leader for FTZ/FZ scrap process. • Work closely with customs brokers and review monthly report before submission to TH customs. • Day-to-day manage & lead with inbound customs broker performance and customs broker KPI review. • Excise tax submission to exise authority. • Work with Ministry of Commerce (MOC) to ensure FTA is valid and accurate. • Review customs document draft and sign electronically in system. • Interface with customs official located at site. • To conduct customs internal post audit process . • Responsible and maintain expertise on customs system (TMS-II). Able to support, research, problem solving and recommendation when users face difficulty. • To support process improvement and efficiency. • Walk balance inventory Free Zone report to TH customs. • Leader annual physical inventory counting report to Customs Dept. • Part classification with Customs Expertise Global Center Team. • Improvement TMSII system support production and Customs regulation.
