Executed daily operations in Admissions and Records under FERPA regulations. Served as the first point of contact for students and families. Guided students in the application and enrollmentprocesses. Analyzed and processed data in PeopleSoft. Managed online chat and phones while also serving students in person.

Research Assistant for Dr. Laury Oaks, Dean of Feminist Studies, in her research on natural family planning across the political spectrum in Ireland as well as other topics relating to the current political climate of the time. Interpreted, synthesized, and converted data for Oaks’ research on sensitive topics. Attended and documented research-related conferences. Edited materials for publication of Oaks’ work and other related duties as required.

Lead pricer at a non-profit thrift store in the Santa Barbara area. Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and initiated a restructuring of the company’s management structure through collaboration withstore owners. Orchestrated backroom activities, trained new hires, directed employee tasks, and assisted in overall overseeing of store operations from accepting donations to researching product pricing to cashiering.

Instructional assistant for a college-level sociology course taught to high school students. Planned and instructed afternoon support sessions to a high school class with individualized instruction.

Assisted with MiraCostas Student Equity department. Served in operation and planning of the campus history and heritage month events, Gear-Up for College preparations, volunteer coordinator, and created event marketing materials within small time frames.
