(temporary consultancy contracts) § IADB HQ: Contributed to the coordination, research, communications, and implementation of projects on national and subnational governments’ development and better public spending (including gender perspective). § TWC: Projects evaluation.

§ Successfully co-designed and led the implementation of more than 17 local projects on education, gender, culture, and science (projects’ portfolio increased by 70% since 2015). § Improved relations and coordination with Government representatives (ministers,congressmen), press, private sector, and executive directors from NGO/INGO based in Costa Rica, which derived in an increase (more than 100% since 2015) of new partnerships and funding for joint projects.

§ Co-designed the internal Monitoring and Evaluation System as well as monitored a portfolio of more than 20 projects implemented in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. § Optimized knowledge sharing and dissemination across projects by helping compile information for research, planning, and donor reporting purposes.

§ Successfully managed the operations of three small and medium-large sized retail enterprises of this corporation. Sales increased by more than 100%. § Oversaw internal audit processes, which improved management performance.
