Measurement & Quantity Takeoff of all site works, material from drawings and on site. Evaluate & certifying all sub-contractor invoices with measuring actual quantities completed on site. Completed Almost 75% of S/C billing work of KSP Project-Riyadh (Back-to-Back). Regular site visit & record in order to get actual progress of each work for IPC & S/C also Managing façade works valued at over SAR 150+ million, including Standing Seam, Glass and Stone Cladding. Prepare & Assist in IPC, coordinating with consultant regarding IPC certification with proper backup. Coordinating with Cost control team to check the allowable budget, Cost to complete of every particular work before starting of any activity Attending the progress meetings & managing commercial advice & operations timely Highlighting the management timely regarding issues such as Budget, cost, labor & S/C related Preparing packages for all individual by IFC drawing & Architectural drawings for procurement & Technical also.
