The most important functions include: o Perform on-site inspections and assessments of our machine vision machines (with a focus on SMASH and print systems) and perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal functionality. o Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, both remotely and on-site. o Provide technical support and advice to customers and colleagues. o Document service activities, including findings, implemented solutions and recommendations for future maintenance.

Assist customers in minimizing downtime of their endotoxin detection systems through preventive maintenance and, if necessary, repairs. The most important tasks include: o Establishing, setting up and supervising the new in-house services department in Kaarst and placing it under a QMS, including but not limited to the corresponding documentation, purchase and control of the necessary equipment. o Coordination with other In-House Services departments in other CRL locations to harmonize processes. o Carrying out the relevant maintenance and/or repair work on customer or company-owned endotoxin detection systems.
