• Responsible for all Asia Commercial & MKT operations (55% business at group level including markets of HK, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, SEA and Australia) • Participate to the construction of the budgets/forecasts and to the monthly sales reports for the top management. • Manage special projects for Asia – (Products development, marketing campaign operation, personalization, stock transfer between markets, lab test, reporting for other operations) • Specifically support for Haute Création collection sales for each market (Roadshow organization, product development, local destocking, trainingorganization, event, consignment) • Responsible the group Extranet site, (administrator + under process ofdeveloping new system) • Licensing operations (perfume, eyewear, Asia license operations)

• Promoting mobile service solution application (gifting and loyalty programs,top-ups, money transfers and public transport payment) to the clients in Thailand and Taiwan (partnership with Central Group, BIG C, SOGOdepartment store, 711 and other local partners), building initial contacts, providing services with IT team • Coordinating with local IT team for Smart Redeem via Smartphone, Virtual cards and online sales etc.
