Lead the business operations of Bali Island & East Nusa Tenggara.Reporting to Regional Sales Manager, leading 8 Business Development Manager, and managing 3 Distributors + 7 Sub-Distributors (in total 17 stock points) across Bali - Flores Island - Timor Island.

May 2017 - January 2020 : Bali Modern Trade (Seminyak & Canggu)Achievement: 1. top 10 best business development of 20172. top 10 best business development of 2018- Develop business and creating demand through the outlet activations - Consistently provide the best services, understand the customer needs,as well as engange and influence them through regular outlet visit- Implement standard activities in the outlets in accordance with the provisions of the company- Ensure the correct implementation of advertising and promotion activities in line with the company strategy and standards- Liaise with distributors team to achieve sales targets within assigned territory and regulary monitor the performance and follow up with corrective actions.

Drive all the account executives to achieve company billing target. Work on creative concept, production budget, and also as a client service in organizing event from branding, sampling, exhibition, conference, awarding, concert, and many more. Work closely with third party such as media partners, and several vendors all over the country.
