- Bridge communications across teamwide.- Manage usage across Zoho, HubSpot and related third-party applications.- Manage staff and oversee day-to-day operations.- Lead internal strategies and client projects related to Zoho and HubSpot. This includes set up, customisations, integrations, data migrations, and more.- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.- Join planning sessions, kick-off and project update meetings to outline and provide the best workaround solutions.- Ensure the quality of meeting summaries, quotations, preliminary studies and project implementations.- Optimize the working environment and escalate issues to management when necessary.

- Invoice orders and sales reports.- Design social media and advertisement contents.- Analyse trends and engagement behaviors.- Work closely with purchasing, production and customer service teams.- Prepare strategy plans and pitch decks, provide samples and sales calls.- Visit retail stores to control product quality and inventory.- Handle endorsement, events, market trades and possible network expansion.
