•Utilize college strategic plan to develop team strategies for admissions including events, communication plan and ongoing outreach to increase student recruitment and retention•Developed non-credit to credit pathways to bridge the gap between our continuing education enrollment and for credit enrollment resulting in a 10% increase in student engagement and retention •Host middle and high school students on campus to provide college readiness and career pathways presentations, as well as campus tours creating strong partnerships with local schools, K-12 Consortium in Westmoreland County, and create pathways for students from K-12 to higher education and into the workforce•Plan and coordinate all on and off campus Admissions events such as Open Houses, Accepted Students Day, presenting College Readiness and General Admissions presentations at high schools increasing our enrollment as programs provided align with career pathways•Supervise Admissions/Recruitment team and work collaboratively with faculty and staff across the college. •Manage College Now, the College In The High School program as well as Early College program both consisting of opportunities for high school students to earn college credits and for Admissions to strengthen relationships with local high schools •Designed “Workshop with Westmoreland” program - a professional development day including faculty lectures on a highlighted program, College Now Discussion, guest speaker, and peer lecture - for counselors from area middle and high schools; recognized by district as an approved professional development activity•Connect counselors with Admissions team, faculty, each other; conduct campus tours to show latest innovations and improvements
