National WMU1999.01-2000.01(a year)Working for WMU was one of the highlights of my career. I was a very green copy editor when I started at WMU. A new graduate, I was brought onto the team that edited and designed the flagship magazine for WMU. It was a very transitional time for the magazine, Missions Mosiac, as it was just beginning to be redesigned and restructured. It was exciting for a newcomer but also a bit scary! We started with a six-member team and before the launch of the new magazine it was myself and a wonderful graphic designer that saw the new baby off into the world. I learned so much during my year there from the veterans of the pen and I am so thankful I started my career at WMU.
