Deliver break-through analytics solutions to solve manufacturing challenges, which include discovering causal interferences of complexed process data, developing and embedding machine leaning to hard disk drives to increase operation efficiency, and using the computer vision approaches on IIOT tools to detect defective parts

(1) Lead the Big Data Projects which involve three main tasks: data visualization, data modelling, and data engineering within the Functional Engineering fields to success. (2) Develop visualization & analytical tools on BDP Cloud computing platform.(3) Provide trainings/be mentor to bridge analytics culture to manufacturing as parts of the smarter factory projects.

•Lead development of cost initiative projects and mentor other team members. •Evaluate and integrate of state-of-the-art read channels using statistical analysis and DOEs.•Implement new recording technologies and features in the drive to improve yield and quality. •Drive FMEA especially in the area of read channel. •Recommend FA solution with preventive actions to all concerns. •Work with other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HDD process.•Manage departmental issues i.e. budgeting, meetings, engineers’ welfare including job training for new recruits.

•Make analysis and recommendation of read channel defaults/setting/formats for the new products.•Bring up the new product in Asia•Drive channel optimization, enhancement and development for yield/reliability/test time improvement.•Develop new features/enhancements to enable the product to achieve its best.

Research and develop algorithms to extract time-frequency information from Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic (MRS) signals to quantify the concentration of metabolites. Analyze magnetic resonance spectroscopic signals with macromolecular contamination by the Morlet wavelet which has been awarded IFMBE Young Investigator Award’s Finalist at The 4th European Congress for Medical and Biomedical Engineering, 2008.
