Job responsibilities
1、Provide technical support for enzyme integration in liquid/powder detergents and automatic dishwashing formulations.
2、Troubleshoot application issues and optimize dosage for cost-in-use.
3、Deliver compelling technical presentations and demos to R&D teams.
4、Monitor regulatory trends (e.g., EU detergents regulation) and competitor landscapes.
5、Drive sales growth in DACH region and beyond.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biotechnology.
2、5+ years in technical sales/application support for home care ingredients (enzymes, surfactants, polymers).
3、Understanding of formulation chemistry and stability testing.
4、Fluency in German and English (working language: English).
5、EU work permit required.
