With a huge need in the market for our solutions and massive market potential, ForwardX is looking for a go-getter to join our team as International Sales & Business Development Manager. About the Job: Responsibilities: • Perform competitive and SWOT analyses to gain a deeper understanding of the market and target industries • Define, execute and effectively communicate ForwardX’s sales and business development strategy and operational plans. • Initiate and develop relationships with key sales & business development prospects to identify and meet their business needs • Draft and review contracts for prospective customers and partners • Analyze and evaluate potential partnership deals and opportunities • Manage sales and business development pipelines and set targets • Manage key partner accounts and serve as their main point of contact to deliver project success • Create and deliver tailored business proposals and presentations • Identify new commercial opportunities to increase revenues on a global market • Provide outstanding customer service through prompt and accurate support and advice • Track, trace, and communicate regular updates on key performance indicators to business-wide stakeholders • Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of our business products and value propositions within the context of the European & North American markets
Job Requirements
About You: Qualifications required: • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred • Fluent written & spoken English & Chinese • 5+ years of sales or business development experience within industrial robotics, logistics, or manufacturing industries in Japan • Demonstrated track record overseeing sales & business development as evidenced by contributions to organization revenue and growth Values required: • Entrepreneurial
