1. Responsible for the daily supervision of KD outsourcing warehouse in Singapore. 2. Develop, revise, and improve warehouse management systems, processes, and standards 3. Product quality supervision Review packaging material compliance: Confirm that the packaging materials used (such as cartons, cushioning materials, labels, etc.) comply with industry standards, customer requirements, and relevant regulations. Control the accuracy of packaging process: supervise the accuracy of product assembly, packaging, labeling and other links to avoid problems such as missing, incorrect, and incorrect label information. Execute quality sampling inspection: Sample inspection of finished product packaging in proportion to verify packaging sealing, compression resistance, protective performance, etc., to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation and storage. 4. Safety production supervision Equipment and operation safety: Regularly check the operating status of packaging equipment (such as sealing machines and balers) to ensure the integrity of protective devices; standardize employee operation procedures to avoid risks such as mechanical injury and electric shock. Personnel Safety Management: Supervise suppliers to organize Security Training (such as fire knowledge and emergency handling), require employees to wear labor protection equipment correctly, and establish emergency plans (such as fire and equipment failure). On-site environmental safety: supervise the smooth passage of the workshop in the warehouse, and divide the material stacking area and the operation area. 5. Production process and efficiency supervision Production capacity and schedule control: Develop production plans, track the progress of packaging, coordinate material supply and equipment scheduling, and ensure timely delivery of orders. - Cost and waste control: Monitor the loss rate of packaging materials to avoid excessive packaging or material waste; optimize the operation process to improve per capita production efficiency. Data Recording and Traceability: Record production batches, equipment operation data, quality inspection results and other information to ensure product traceability and facilitate subsequent problem troubleshooting.

Education background: College degree or above, major in logistics, supply chain management, etc. is preferred. Singaporean and MY nationality are preferred. Work experience: 5 years or more of work experience in Warehouse Management or related fields, with experience in the manufacturing industry. Professional skills: Familiar with logistics operation processes, including inventory control, import and export transportation, etc. Proficient in using work software such as Excel and Word, as well as Warehouse Management system. Management ability: Possess strong organizational coordination and team management skills, able to reasonably plan warehouse layout, formulate management systems, recruit, train and manage warehouse employees, arrange work shifts, and ensure efficient operation of the warehouse. Also need to have cost awareness, be able to manage warehouse budgets and control operating costs. Language proficiency: Possess good communication skills in English, reading, writing, and speaking, in order to communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers. Proficiency in Mandarin is required. Other requirements: Positive work attitude, initiative and sense of responsibility, able to work independently and solve problems. Need to adapt to fast-paced work environment, strong stress resistance, and be able to complete work tasks on time. At the same time, have good safety awareness to ensure that warehouse operations comply with safety standards.
