**Job Responsibilities:** 1. **Understanding of Warehouse Management in Hong Kong:** - Familiarize yourself with the management models, content, and operational modes of Hong Kong warehouses. 2. **Supervision of Outsourced Supplier Warehouses:** - Oversee the operations of outsourced supplier warehouses. - Ensure that supplier warehouse personnel adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to prevent any anomalies. 3. **Team Leadership and Order Fulfillment:** - Lead the team in arranging the receipt and dispatch of goods based on customer orders. - Manage the inbound and outbound processes of goods in the warehouse. 4. **Management and Supervision of Operations:** - Supervise employees in tasks such as sorting goods, preparing orders, printing labels, labeling, and pallet exchange. - Ensure that customer requirements are met and that orders are completed with the required quality and quantity.

**Job Requirements:** 1. **Language Proficiency and Education:** - Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. - Hold at least a college diploma or higher. 2. **Responsibility and Warehouse Expertise:** - Possess a strong sense of responsibility. - Be well-versed in warehouse management processes and operational standards. - Have the capability to resolve issues and anomalies effectively. 3. **Experience in SOP Development and Supplier Management:** - Have experience in formulating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). - Possess experience in managing and empowering supplier personnel. 4. **Local Resources in Hong Kong:** - Have access to local vehicle resources for pickup and delivery in Hong Kong. - Possess established connections and personnel resources across various warehouses. 5. **Professionalism and Skills:** - Exhibit strong professional ethics. - Communicate fluently and effectively. - Be proficient in computer operations.
