Inbound and Outbound Logistics: Manage the receipt, inspection, and delivery of inbound materials and ensure timely, accurate outbound shipments. Monitor and optimize material flow processes to meet operational KPIs such as delivery accuracy, cost efficiency, and turnaround time. Onsite Storage Management: Oversee storage operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal space utilization. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain data accuracy. 3PL and Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with 3PL vendors and warehouse teams to ensure seamless transportation and storage solutions. Evaluate vendor performance, resolve issues, and implement process improvements. Collaboration and Process Optimization: Work closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to align material availability with production schedules. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve inventory management. Team Leadership and Reporting: Supervise and train materials handling staff to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy. Prepare and present reports on materials flow, storage optimization, and logistics performance to management. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all materials handling and storage activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred. Skills: Proficiency in inventory/WMS systems, Excel, and materials flow processes. Attributes: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Physical Requirement: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
