This position is a Management Trainee – Logistics & Trade (Industrial Investment Attraction) role at Hainan Lingkong, a subsidiary of Hainan Development Holdings Co., Ltd. Leveraging the Group's comprehensive development platform, the trainee will receive systematic on-the-job training and deeply engage in the daily operational management of their designated area. Through rotational assignments across core business processes, the trainee will progressively take on independent business modules. Based on individual strengths and career development direction, the trainee will achieve rapid growth within the Group. Salary Range: RMB 8,000 – 10,000 per month, plus performance-based bonuses and corporate benefits.

1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Majors in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related fields preferred; 3. Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, with basic knowledge of engineering project management; 4. High sense of responsibility, team spirit, and ability to work under pressure; 5. Genuine interest in engineering construction, project management, or airport infrastructure operations and maintenance.
