Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Grid Scout to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible to support the grid integration for onshore and offshore wind projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with grid codes required anywhere in the EMEA region for onshore and offshore wind projects. The Senior Grid Scout will work in conjunction with other MYSE technical support team members and the technical departments of the parent company, to ensure a successful connection to the grid of the different windfarm projects. Key Responsibilities:  Ensure compliance with regional grid codes and regulatory requirements.  Provide technical input on grid compliance testing and power quality assessments.  Work closely with transmission system operators (TSOs), regulatory bodies, and project stakeholders to secure grid connection agreements.  Evaluate the impact of onshore and offshore wind farms on existing grid infrastructure and propose mitigation measures.  Collaborate with internal teams, including electrical and turbine engineers, to ensure seamless integration.  Support technical due diligence and tender processes for onshore and offshore wind projects.  Represent the company in front of the customer representatives for grid connection topics.

Qualifications & Experience:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline.  Minimum of 5 years of experience in onshore and offshore wind grid connection or Grid Codes.  Strong knowledge of grid codes, transmission systems, and interconnection processes.  Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.  Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.  Experience in power system simulation tools is a plus (e.g., PSS/E, DigSilent PowerFactory, PSCAD). Skills:  Ability to work with no supervision with an international team and to establish good team working relations is essential  Ability to rearrange and shift priorities in a changing situation  You need to communicate and present well, feeling sure when talking to and presenting to external stakeholders, such as customers and grid operators. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.  Good technical skills with a focus on creative solutions and motivation to meet customer needs  Ability to summarize technical topics for non-technical stakeholders  Highly structured and well organized  Good travel disposition (about 15% of time) in support of customer needs and overall business objectives  Ability to work in multi-cultural environments
